I feel I might introduce my self here. My name is Kate, I'm a newbie here,
someone told me that i might find some good information here so...

As for useful advice- regarding parkour, I recommend you come to one of the regular Saturday jams held at Bristo Sq 12pm every week. There's quite a mix of age ranges and experience levels. Everyone is quite friendly, approachable and willing to help introduce newbies to parkour so you'll be sure to learn something. Hopefully see you at the next jam
