It's not anything too impressive, but it just feels very real. There's failure, success, fear, accidents, and everything meshes together nicely with the solemn music. I wonder what I'd think of it if I understood french...

That is a good one. I like the honesty of it - that it's just normal training and not highlights of months of practice.
Personally, I quite like tk17's approach to parkour films, and his Pilgrimage video is a must-see (if you've got an hour and a half spare). Unfortunately, most links to it seem to be broken, but http://parkour.net/Project-Pilgrimage-t496.html has a few, and there's a version on youtube that's subtitled, but not in English.
