Don't worry about not finishing it Hedge. I'm done so I'll post up next weeks.

Done the handstand obstacle course yersterday- neck is very tight today.

Also attempted the crab thing. It's so tough I couldn't even manage one breath with a single limb up in the air. After many many many attempts I simply went with 5 sets of 7-breath crabs. I wpuld hurt you Euan..... if I was able :(

Plan on doing the climb ups and head stands when I go back home on Thurs/Fri and the rail balance whenever I find the time (maybe Sat)

EDIT: was a little disappointed at not getting the crab stuff so went back and tried it again. Think doing it at the flat on a smooth surface made it more difficult but I managed to get my legs off the floor and straight up in the air.... with a great deal of practice! Still can't manage to lift up either of my hands though!

Yeah, I wasn't sure how people would cope with the crab thing. I'm sure you'll get me back in a couple of weeks anyway.
I decided that since I can't do any lower body stuff this week I'd do the upper body stuff from this and last week indoors today. Handstanded down my stairs ok but after numerous attempts to tabletop my bed I had to throw in the towel. Has anyone else tried that?

I have no excuse. I don't need one. My exercise routine at present is going incredibly well. I'm making huge strides with lower body strength.
But I agree, I miss the no excuse sessions. I'll post up a new one on sunday if you like.

That would be great Hedge. It was never meant to be completely regimented. I think we've already come across several useful conditioning exercises so it's been an incredibly useful experiment!
