Ruined Spots

Postby Feeney » Sun Aug 20, 2006 1:51 pm

I was lifted by the police at "Ravinscraig" (A place in Greenock, my town) for doing a few runs. I was doing a run and happened to end up on the roof(For like 10 seconds) 5 minutes later i get lifted by around 8 policemen, 4 policecars and a chopper because of it. Why? They thoght i was breaking in because i was on the roof then running away.....Tits.

8 cops? A chopper? It would be in the paper. You sure you're not exaggerating a bit? :P

Also how are they tits? You're breaking the law. It's their job to arrest people who break the law.

no more name calling for the nice police at parliament, i have never been moved on from parliament and i have actually had a few interesting conversations with the police based on the thought that if i was a criminal, would they be able to catch me, and whether the police were interested in learning parkour to give them advantage over you're average joe criminal....
impossible is nothing - be inspired.

sorry this is a bit off topic but loads of people have no idea what parkour is and it's such a hard sport to explain. The last time i tried to explain they laughed and told me were to go, well ive only done it in addiewell so maybe people outward from addiewell know what it is
you can only do if you believe in yourself and believe you can do it

A VOICE FROM THE PAST!!

Hey guys long time no see, hope everyone is ok and that Pk has grown since i stepped down, i hear Meg has dissapeared and also i dont see anyone in town doing Pk anymore, where has peter gone? hope you all have not gone on to other things, (Parkour its a way of life!!)

ANYWAY!! Whats this that the wellington statue area (welly) is now ruined!!!! No chance, just cause there is railings on the wall does not mean its ruined, i spent years building up a rep with the local Police and public, in order that WE could train there and get no grief from any authorities etc (excusing mr robo cop security guy with in the musuem building, who would just love to throw us off at any given chance, lol) But basicly there is still plenty of moves to do within that area, and its in the public eye, so it exposes parkour for the beauty that it is!!

(AND PLEASE DONT GET INTO A BIG DEBATE OVER IT GUYS, I WAS JUST SAYING, LOL. ALSO TO THE YOUNGER GUYS PLEASE KEEP NASTY COMMENTS OUT OF IT, THANKS)
