Major Site Updates (that I'd like to see)

Major site updates I'd like to see......

1. Video page downloads replaced with flash streaming

2. One stop place to add comments- I've noticed after looking around the site that a lot of people have asked for info about meeting up/coaching/contacting people. Some of them ask on the video comments page, some on the hotspot comment page, some via the admin contact page etc etc. One place to add these comments would be useful.

3. A revision to the homepage including the following:
a. change to jam schedule to include just Saturday
b. removal of traceur list
c. update/removal of pk site list
d. removal of rat race and urban motion links
e. update to hotspot list (see below for full info)

4. Major update to hotspot list.
a. I have some awesome photos of all the major hotspots you could add
b. Descriptions could do with updating
c. Additional minor hotspots to be added
d. Wellington to be removed (never used coz we're not allowed)
e. A new map to detail all the areas to train in

5. Mention of the Saturday jam at the "Welcome to Edinburgh Parkour" blurb

6. The "About" page to include info on what parkour is. Perhaps using the NPK explanation http://www.northernparkour.com/viewforu ... 7cce62de24 (with permission of course and fixing the spelling errors)

7. Fix the "Archives" tab as it links to nothing

8. Do something with the "Gallery"

9. Keep the afro smiley O0

I was thinking that it might be good to have a list of challenges for each hotspot that people can add to. Not necessarily only parkour challenges, but interesting pieces of movement, technical or flow work, or conditioning stuff that can be done specifically at that spot . It would be a good way of recording odd training methods that sometimes get forgotten and could help give people new to the city or not training at the regular jams some ideas.
It might not be at the top of the list of things to update but i thought it would be a useful addition to a new hotspots page if one was being made
